Support what God is doing here in this community
OUR CONTACTLESS MACHINES ARE NOW INSTALLED IN BOTH CHURCH
Marchwood and Eling Parish use the Parish Giving Scheme. We believe part of the way we worship a generous God is by practicing being generous.
Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
2 Corinthians 9:7
You can also give cash on a Sunday morning or during our normal services.
There is no pressure to give, this is simply an opportunity to give of what God has given us.
All giving is carefully and prayerfully managed for the ministry in this Parish.
Another incredible way to give is via legacies, where a gift is left in your will. This is a gift we take very seriously. As we look at how we steward giving we are looking at how we honour our legacy givers. One way is by adding a memorial plaque to fabric improvements in or around the Church buildings, when partly or fully funded by a legacy - this creates a lasting impact within the life of the Church and the community for generations to come.
Others may like their legacy gift used for a specific area of ministry - for example, young people or the elderly, again, we seek to honour this by actively making known that this gift has created a legacy of ministry in that particular area of serving in the Parish.
We thank those who have given via legacies and we pray this might be an area of giving that grows and is fruitful for Jesus and in memory of those who have gone to be with Him.
